Story
CX TO UX
2015, I fell in love with a man and moved with him to San Francisco.
I worked in Customer Service
everywhere from coffee shop, Event Planning, and Shipping and Receiving at Adobe Headquarters.
While getting paid to solve customer problems, I became familiar with preventable issues rooted in poor design decisions. I enrolled in the User Experience Design course at General Assembly to learn how to design websites and apps with the user's experience in mind!

As a UX Designer, I am working in Proactive Customer Service. I solve user interface problems with intuitive solutions, designed for your customers to be able to use and enjoy your product with ease.

Design is no longer a "nice to have."
My engineer husband and I work together to fully plan out your product to streamline development and anticipate future growth.
