CX TO UX

2015, I fell in love with a man and moved with him to San Francisco.

 

I worked in Customer Service

everywhere from coffee shop, Event Planning, and Shipping and Receiving at Adobe Headquarters.


While getting paid to solve customer problems, I became familiar with preventable issues rooted in poor design decisionsI enrolled in the User Experience Design course at General Assembly to learn how to design websites and apps with the user's experience in mind!

As a UX Designer, I am working in Proactive Customer Service. I solve user interface problems with intuitive solutions, designed for your customers to be able to use and enjoy your product with ease.

Design is no longer a "nice to have."

My engineer husband and I work together to fully plan out your product to streamline development and anticipate future growth.
